Posting early guys as I am leaving early for the 1 hr drive to Fort Erie to see my horse run. Cool thing is I'll be meeting some forum members from another site that are partners for the 1st time. Anyways onto Sundays card, at first glance it looks like a Chalky card so I will try and find a little value with 5 Selections.
Race 1
Cool Selection
Third off the layoff and showed speed before tiring in last, Breaks from the rail which was golden on Saturday and barring any rain this one could and should wire this group.
Race 2
Alpha Saphire
This Alphabet Soup filly has run well and could very well be sitting on a big effort today, she needs only improve alittle off her last race in the Alywow Stakes in which her stablemate won to be victorious, 1 1/8 seems the right distance as as she clicked in an allowance earlier this year at Gulfstream going 1 1/16.
Race 5
Strategic Strike
This Smart Strike gelding should appreciate the 7F distance and softer company today, in his last start on the turf he ran into Moonshine Hall and Strizzi who ran in the 2nd and 3rd spots in a stakes race today and previous to that versus PantsNKisses who runs in a stakes today, With a large field scheduled to go, this one's price should have value to it.
Race 7
Colorful Judgement
Another of the Talented Sam Son Farms turf runners, this one easily won an Allowance race back on June 15th and will be using this race as a possible stepping stone to the Breeders Stakes in August which is the 3rd Leg of the Canadian Triple Crown, Trainer has given this one two maintenance works since his last race and with a clean trip he should make it two in a row.
Race 8
San Diego Blowout
My trainer told me in June that if I knew anyone willing to invest about 60K in a two yr old that this one was going to be a great buy at the Yearling sales and right now he couldn't be more bang on. This Colt broke his made 1st out on June 28th winning by 7 1/4 lenghts under a complete handride, He has comeback with a bullet work of 34 2/5 breezing 3F on July 6 fastest of 22 that day and should capture the Colin Stakes in his second start today.
1 Added Play (Sentimental Pick)
Fort Erie
Race 9
Canadian Edition
Guys we are off to Fort Erie tomorrow, this is a horse making its first start for DARE 2 DREAM RACING STABLES, a syndicate I helped put together and am a part of, we're 8-1 morning line and may be in a little tough but I got a feeling this guys gonna run big and make us proud.
As Always Good Luck
